We can work together to explore better ways of coping with these issues so that you can live a more successful and fulfilling life. Our therapy style is warm and supportive and we aim to create an environment of trust, where you feel safe to grow.

Therapy Sessions:

Therapy sessions are held weekly and last for 50 minutes. We can discuss arranging a time that suits to meet each week and go from there. All sessions are strictly private and confidential with certain ethical and legal considerations. The therapy room is a safe place, where you are free to express yourself, confident in the knowledge that what you say doesn't leave the room. 

Confidentiality will be discussed in greater detail during our first session. The first session is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have regarding the process of therapy and how it all works. We are always more than happy to discuss any queries with you.
